Students are learning to become scientists not learning about science
Help town understand and perhaps solve a piece of the problem of why so many inhabitants are becoming ill
Teachers should encourage students to problem solve rather than provide answers
This is a play on the WebQuest format with new technologies built in – like chat
Students do not know why people are dying, they need to figure out why people are dying
