Defer Judgement Please
On a cold February afternoon, I sat in the office with the tech personnel and told them we were going to do an exercise in deferring judgement. I asked this because many of my ideas were shot down – only to be put in place after the techs had a chance to “think” it over. Well, I threw out an idea that I think has merit. The idea: what if we used google mail instead of Lotus Notes. Well, we spent 30 minutes thinking of the good things. Of course we are not going to do it…..yet.
