Thoughts about Problem Statements – after Clarifying the Process




When faced with the issue of many problem statements, a facilitator should tell the client who can not choose:

Yes, all these problem statements are important, but if we make progress on one, the other ones become less of an issue. If we get to the end of the process and we find that we have not solved these, we can go back and pick it up – (back to clarifying the problem)
